We follow a strict No Return Policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design preferences. Customers are requested to confirm all details before placing the order.

3. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.

4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory

In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, a clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
Without this video proof, no claims will be considered.

6. Damage Claims

If a genuine damage issue is verified through the parcel opening video, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

7. Minor Variations

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution, and minor thread pulls, are not considered defects.

8. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
