2. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, design preference, or any other reason.
Customers are requested to verify product details carefully before placing an order.
3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders must be fully prepaid.
We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
4. No Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.
5. Parcel Opening Video – Mandatory
Customers must record a clear parcel opening video while unpacking the package.
- The video must be continuous and uncut
- The package seal and product must be clearly visible
- This video will be required in case of any issue
Without a parcel opening video, no complaints or claims will be accepted.
6. Damage or Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share the parcel opening video proof with us.
After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Minor Variations
Please note that the following will not be considered as defects:
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Minor thread pulls or finishing variations
8. Refund Process (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
